Install fails if other GTK+ apps installed

The installation of TranscriberGTK fails under Windows if other GTK+ based apps (GIMP, Inksscape, ...) are installed. When running TranscriberAG it complains about a missing procedure entry point "gtk_action_block_activate" in libgtk-win32-2.0.0.dll. Installing gtkmm (http://live.gnome.org/gtkmm/MSWindows#gtkmm) and removing all paths set by TranscriberAG's installer from PATH solves the problem and the program appears to run normally.
