#10 No Aspell spellchecker

I installed Transcriber 1.5.1 for windows and cannot access the spellchecker feature. I receive the following error:

Please, check your Aspell spellchecker installation, (unable to open key: The system cannot find the file specified.)

I searched through the program file, however, find nothing associated with Aspell.
