#1 "Rocker" control and looping

A feature that I would like to see is "rocker" control.
That is, the ability to jump backwards or forwards a user
specified time interval. This can be specified with hot
keys or mouse buttons. For example, right clicking on
the mouse jumps forward x seconds and left clicking
jumps back x seconds.

Another useful feature would be the ability to replay a
section over and over until stopped. A section could be
selected and then a hotkey could be pressed where the
audio (or video) just loops over and over until stopped.
