#63 Additional Attributes Needed for Architecture Description Tuple

Currently the Architecture Description Tuple element only has the one attribute - 'tuple identifier'.

To support knowledge graph use / output it also needs at least 'creation date' to define when the assertion was current. It would also make sense to add 'path length' to identify where an assertion uses multiple triples.
