#1 Gigabyte and total

I'd like to see trafcount has Gigabyte column in the next
release (I'm sure this is not that hard to add cos I tried
adding it myself and it worked :).
Also, I'd suggest you to have total of those users at the
end.

trafcount is really a useful software, keep up the good
work! :)
