Users

there are a number of levels of Users supported in Tradamus, each with it s own level of permissions dictating the level of access that user can have. Permissions can be change at any time by going to the [Edition] tag and editing the user and public sharing permissions there.

Owner

The Owner is the creator of the Edition. The Owner/Creator of an Edition is automatically an Editor of the Edition. As Editor you, as the owner, have all levels of access to the Edition. As Editor you can edit at all levels, annotate at all levels, import Materials, [Draft], [Section], [Publish], delete content, and perform all functions supported by Tradamus in the Edition.

Editor

The Editor has all levels of access to the Edition. As Editor you can edit at all levels, annotate at all levels, import Materials, [Draft], [Section], [Publish], delete content, and perform all functions supported by Tradamus in the Edition. The Owner/Creator of an Edition is automatically an Editor of the Edition.

Contributor

A contributor can perform all the same functions as the Editor except, import Materials, delete materials

Reviewer

A Reviewer can only comment on a publication and cannot do any of the functions allowed in the Edition. The Reviewers identity is hidden from the Editor and the Editors is hidden from the Reviewer. The Reviewer can only be appointed in the Publication stage of the process when a Reviewer is sent a desecrate uri to access the publication and make any comments desired anonymously.

Viewer

A Viewer can look at all the materials as well as the [Collation]s and look through all the content of the Edition but cannot comment or make any editions of deletions.

The default setting for public sharing for any Edition is 'none'.
