TrackSage is an automatic tagger made for facilitating mass audio metadata correction process by comparing & editing their tags/filenames via Last.fm.
Media tags are metadata(data about data) containers. Which means, many devices like your track player will attempt to gather artist/track information from these tags and almost every Last.fm scrobbler around the web use them for scrobbling. So, basically if your song file's tags are incorrect, then your scrobbler will try to scrobble it in that way. Which is a hateful reason for me and that's also why I created TrackSage.
