#93 Ability to update more than 1 issue at the same time

Hi there Dev team

I am the same guy who submitted
"Microsoft Outlook like interface". I would like to
suggest the following feature.

Use Case
-------------
I request the build team to build folliwng 25 issues in the
next build. The build team does the same and would
like to update the 25 issues resolution to "BUILT". They
should be able to select all these issues (maybe like
emails in HOTMAIL) and then click on a drop down that
says *********Mass Update the following ************.
One of the items in drop down is Resolution. A little
window pops up that lets you select the new resolution.
All 25 issues then have this new resolution.

The above is one example. We could think of many
others including Responsible, Traget Release, etc
