#42 make sure all calls asking for rgb can take string or number

again, not so sure, the two cases remaining are color in
draw and color in part array
both cases now require color be in color table -- maybe
that's not a bad idea?
I could add color to color table if not there, but should I?
or, I could add new opcode that sets color directly
rather than by color table index
