This is a major rework of the TrackChanges in LaTeX project. Many improvements to the stylefile. New web page and documentation. Now also contains a beta version of a GUI to accept/reject comments.

The release includes the latest bugfixes such as the ulem package bug and a replacement of initials "NONE" by "n/n"

since the ulem package is used for underlining, it turned all \emph commands into underlined text, which is not wanted (only true underlines should be underlined).

The bug has been resolved by adding the normalem option when loading the ulem package.

The bugfix is in the SVN, but there's no new release, yet.
