#2 Handle total and internal allocation info

Change to handle the total allocations information currently written
in trackalloc output files. Also handle the internal allocation
information (request 960620). Probably add command-line options
to include plots (tables) of the total allocations and internal
allocations. Note that the total does not include internal.
