The README.txt states that Trace Tuner 3.0.6beta is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2, and refers the reader to the LICENSE.txt file. This file is not present.
Also, the actual source code states that Trace Tuner 3.0.6beta is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 OR LATER (as the user's option). It would be clearer if the main README.txt file was updated to match this.
