#1 Does not work for me in XP SP2

I am having issues with TRACETCP not getting any response. I also have ETHEREAL installed and the version of WINPCAP already installed was correct. I updated to V4.0 WINPCAP but it makes no difference.

If I start an Ethereal trace and then do a TRACETCP, I can see the ICMP TTL messages in the trace, but TRACETCP shows "timeout" (* * *).

I am running WIN XP pro with SP2 installed.

Is this an issue with XP / SP2 or a problem with having another product (Ethereal) also using WINPCAP?
