#4 removed nodes loose tags

I just have received complaint about removing others work http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/40367788 I never remove someone elses POI and that lead me to the search how could that have happen. I have traced it back to working with tracer2server. Looking at the pictures it shows example where POI is attached to the nodes. Clicking on the building and redrawing it corectly moves the building to the proper place but looses all the values the nodes had. There is 2 possible solutions
1) if node had any value other than source/note/fixme etc. do not remove it just leave orphan node with the values it had
2) move the tags with the building which probably would be harder to implement as software would have to decide to which new location to move it to

Either of the solutions is welcomed as it is possible that person drawng may not notice the POIs present due to similar colour of the underlaying layer which is very possible if one also has ORTO visible,
