This is the first version of trace_utils, a utility for trace file processing.

Trace_utils was initiated by HLA project. The original goal was to develop an
software that was capable of automated base-calling and HLA typing. At first, I
tried to modify phred source codes so as to make phred call heterozygote bases.
It was achieved in March, but I also realized that single-trace base-calling
