#2 Tool road map

I think a road map for this tool will help in deciding
wether our feedbacks are relevent to the tool charter
or not....

For example I was missing some of the features that are
available in Xfig like layers, etc but by feeding in
those requirements in this tool I will only succeed in
creating another clone of xfig.
