#2 Dialog Panel Resizing

When horizontally resizing the Dialog Panel the ListView, the "File Name"
edit, and the "Files of Type" combobox expand with the panel and the buttons are
anchored to the lower right, which is appropriate behavior IMO.

I'd suggest having the "Look In" edit and the misc buttons next to it do the
same though.

The panel looks VERY COOL, btw! ;-)

The panel uses a TStShellNavigator, which does not have resizing code
at this time. Users will have to put some sort of constraints in the prevent
the panel from resizing below a certain size.
