#48 StFileOperation fails to copy files

Running on Windows 10 with Delphi 2010, the StFileOperation is buggy when it copes to copying a file to a target. You have to run .Execute TWICE before the SourceFiles item(s) gets copied to its Destination. The use of a file mapping in the SourceFiles totally fails no matter how many times you trigger .Execute.
