#34 IsFile Incorrect In Windows XP w/ Zip File

The ShellItems.IsFile property is incorrect under
Windows XP when a zip file is encountered. It returns
false when it should return true.

A word-around is to use the "IsFile" function in the
StSystem unit in SysTools.
