Lazarus support

The files imported from Github for LCL and fpGUI have been removed.
LCL files have been recreated from their VCL version.
Three package files have been created to mirror the VCL versions: g115commonlr140.lpk, g115flr140.lpk, and g115ld140.lpk.
Unit tests created, all 64 tests pass on Linux-x86_64.
Used Lazarus 1.4.0 on Ubuntu 15.10 64bit.
Examples still need to be updated (the current files are from the Github import).
