#2 Crtl-V pastes twice the clipboard

How to reproduce it:
1. Write a string
2. Copy or Cut the string
3. Press Ctrl-V

Result:
The contents of the clipboard will be pasted twice

Comments:
It seems that the Paste command executes twice:
once by an automatic mechanism and once by the
programs code.
