Hi,

the function TPM_GetTicks() returns a CURRENT_TICK Object. This consists 
  of TPM_STRUCTURE_TAG (2Byte), currentTicks (8Byte), tickRate (2Byte) 
and a TPM_Nonce (20Byte). the outcome of this is 32 byte and not 36 :)
