This is a WAD situation that has been reported as a bug. I currently don't plan
to change the design, but the behavior should be documented -- and an
error/exception is probably warranted if the limitation is reached/exceeded.

This is considered minor because there are plenty of valid options to avoid the
situation and people really shouldn't be using OnReadLine for data >8k.

This is "As designed" but it needs some further consideration -- better
documentation, error when buffer gets full, alternate means of handling more
data (like firing event when buffer fills and/or when EOL condition occurs).
