#159 Determine query type after Prepare

Is it possible to use the TffQuery.StmtHandle property to get back info
about what kind of a query (select, etc) the query holds (after doing
Prepare)? If not, could another easy way (property) be devised? I have a
solution that I used in FFE but it's sort of a kludge.
