Since the Scrolling marquee descends from the TCustomLabel,I didn't think
there should be a limit to the size of a string that you could display with
it. The TEsLabel and TEsScrollingMarquee both create an in-memory bitmap
image, which they use to do all of the fancy painting stuff, like drop
shadows, embossing and the like. The TEsLabel creates a separate bitmap for
each line of text (I think). While the TEsScrollingMarquee creates a big,
long bitmap image that contains the entire caption in one string. The
scrolling effect is acheived by performing a copyrect on a small slice of the
image at regular intervals.

Once the caption gets sufficiently long enough, the im-memory bitmap image
can't handle it, and throws an error. I'm not sure what the width limit of
TBitmap is, but quite a few of the text files I tried out were past it and
caused ugly errors coming from the TEsCustomLabel's PaintPrim procedure.
