TPerf

Distribute Performance Testing Program, writen in Java, which are composed of one server and one client program. One of great features of Tperf maybe
it can support one server to control may clients, where the data stream can be sent from the control server to the client and vice versa. Another important function of Tperf is that it support the performance testing of any two clients, and the control server can get the performance after the testing.
The formal description of usage manual of TPerf will be given some late time.
