#2 Update Board Order

I inserted a new group. Now i wanted to have this group
on position 12. The Problem was that i had to change
all groups behind (12 - !! 70 !!) manually. This should
be changed automatically... all behind the inserted
group +1. Also when one group is deleted then alle
groups behind should be -1.
