#26 tp_smapi does not work with kernel 2.6.37

Due to the move of the hdaps driver from driver/hwmon to drivers/platform/x86
in kernel 2.6.37[1] 'make patch' fails with an error.

The attached patch fixes that issue.

The patch also includes the fixes of the compilation errors which has been
reported and fixed in debian bug #602367[2].
