#7 ability to configure a modems "Extra Settings"

When you set up a modem under windows, it has an advanced
option (connection tab) for entering "Extra settings". I would like to
see a propery added to the TAPI components to allow
read/writeing of this string

I've tried to capture that setting, but it doesn't seem to be
available from the API. If you've found a hook, I can take a
look at it and implement it.

This would be a very welcome feature ... I looked into it some
time ago and found the information stored in the registry of
the local pc. However this posed a huge problem when
sharing com ports and modems.
