#119 Compiler options missing

The original AwDefine.inc contained some important compiler options. In the current version they are missing.
This will lead to range check errors (e.g. in AwWin32.pas the result of CreateFile is DWORD and it gets assigned to an Integer).
Please add the compiler options to AwDefine.inc again.
