#128 3.05 RC: TAbMakeCab's CloseArchive doesn't work

TAbMakeCab's CloseArchive function, prior to 3.05 RC1 saved the archive as part of the CloseArchive call (which destroyed the contained TAbCabArchive). With the changes in the RC it's now necessary to call MakeCab.CabArchive.SaveArchive first. The example program shows this problem.
