#35 Classification regardless of look-up list (Q1/Q22) match

Change the 'Cramer with extensions' module in relation to Q1 (natural body constituents) and Q22 (common food >components), so that the output simply notes whether it is a common body constituent or food component, but classifies it anyways. Also, provide configuration option in order to specify an user defined look-up list doe Q1 and Q22 instead of the default ones.
