#30 Update manual for Cramer2 hydrolysis reaction

Update Figure 24: Reaction-hydrolize-P(=O)(OR)(OR)OR in the manual to point to Cramer 2 Q40-41

1. explicitly refer to Q41 (extended Cramer) and
2. show the hydrolisis of 'harmless' phosphates , i.e. 'those with negative charge' as define in Q40.

At the moment, this reaction is documented in 'toxtree user manual' and not in 'toxtree- cramer extentions manual'.
