Substituent recognition fails in 2.5.4-SNAPSHOT, was working fine in 2.5.0 and 2.5.1

The substituents.sdf file update http://toxtree.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/toxtree?view=revision&revision=1491 was not sufficient to resolve the problem.

    Looks like it is related to switching to a different builder than the DefaultChemObjectBuilder and the statement (a instanceof PseudoAtom) should be replaced by (a instanceof IPseudoAtom)
