#10 Lack of MS Windows support.

Tourk could do with supplying an MS Windows (without
cygwin) orientated pkzip file, along with a project files for
MSVC and Borland C, instead of the Makefile.

The tarball release system should generate a pkzip file
as well as the .tar.gz.
