How to turn links within a site to InitialXML

Forgive the complete newbie question. I want to turn the links *within* my site into nodes and edges, so a user can use TouchGraph to explore the relationship between topics, pages, and categories. Is there a way to spider my site and have the internal links generate an XML file? Alternately, has anyone used Movable Type to generate a TG-coded XML file? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
