I've downloaded and run the LJBrowser, but it is not getting friends data from LiveJournal. I assume that this is because of a change made by LiveJournal in the format of their data.

I was going to enter the userinfo data directly into the cache files but I can't find any information on the format they should be.

Any suggestions?

  Sorry, I have been slow to fix this problem, but now that some issues have been resolved on the LiveJournal end, a new (working) version should be up soon.
