I browsed the other postings on the forum before I posted this suggestion...forgive if it's a dup.
I'd like to be able to right click>edit source of a node. I use it all the time with xybrix. and it_really_helps the learning curve.
I'd also really like to be able to load other xml documents and have touchgraph allow me to assign the node an element or attribute.
If the source xml was set in a frame... has anyone tried that? setting the xml document in a frame next to the graph applet?
Working with UML for awhile and have found some very interesting tools for building UML diagrams from assigning values to words in a document. These new xml values help build sequence, activity, use, and class diagrams.
Touchpad offers a very dynamic interface for interpolating data in many exciting ways. It's the xml interface, users creating the xml for the interface, that is critical.
View/edit might be the start of something great.
