This is probably a bug in xtradius where it can only see one of each returned radius attribute. A normal Radius profile might have:

Framed-Route = 10.0.0.0/24,
Framed-Route = 192.168.0.0/24,

.. so that a customer can have more than one network routed their way, but xtradius will only see one of the above.
