TortoiseSVN 1.7.11 released

We're proud to announce that TortoiseSVN 1.7.11 has been released.
It is linked against Subversion 1.7.8

In this release a few bugs have been fixed, both in TortoiseSVN and the
svn library.

We recommend that you update to this version as soon as possible.
