#115 switch, and other features of CVSNT 2.5.05

You can grab the 2.5.05 patches to TortoiseCVS from here:

These do:

• add other MARCH_HARE_BUILD features InfoPanel etc
• fix problems with vc71 and vc90 builds
• add support for 'CVS SWITCH'

Note: in the preferences the 'cvsserver' variable is the 'cvs.exe' or '/usr/bin/cvs' on the SERVER so I don't think that it should be a file picker - I've currently got this #ifdef'd but I really think this should be fixed for all users.

This patch was made using:
TortoiseAct.exe" CVSMakePatch -l "D:\cvsbin\release builder\tcvs\TortoiseCVS"

Note: I have a lot more patches, which I'll try and integrate with 1.12 in Feb 2010 - it'd be a really really great help if this first patch is committed before then so that it's incremental.

patch - zipped. also contains wxwidgets for vc90

Applied in CVS, except for the VC7 support part - I do not care about supporting an 8 year old compiler. The VC9 libraries are also not in, I will build these from source later.

Also, the MH build stuff is now controlled by the CMake option OPT_MARCH_HARE_BUILD.
