#720 A few suggestions

Hi. Thanks for providing us with TortoiseCVS.
Here are a few suggestions.

1) Update Inno Setup to the latest. Now you are using the ancient 5.1.6 version. The current version is 5.3.6.
2) When the user doesn't select to install other languages, the help files of other languages shouldn't be installed. Or install only a manual if a corresponding language is installed.
3) I updated from the last stable version to the latest RC4 and I found that I had two versions of CVSNT installed after that. You should uninstall any previous CVSNT version when upgrading, if it's not needed.
