#700 Add CVSIgnore to context menu of Add Contents Dialog

I mean straight the first menu. And the file would be removed from the tree ;-) (and I guess this would have to be disabled if "show cvsignored files" is enabled :-/

Having a "delete" command would be nice too ;-)

I could just add "checkbox to toggle inclusion of cvsignored files" and change the summary to "ideas for Add Contents dialog" :-P
