#540 Log history taskbar tray item

Often I forget what the last action I took with
tortoise cvs is. I can't remember if I just did an
update or a commit, or if I still need to do one. With
WinCVS it maintains a log in the window as long as it
is open so I can go check it and see what I did. But
in TortoiseCVS there is no way to get this info that I
am aware of.

I would like to see an item in the taskbar tray (the
thing on the bottom right that shows the date etc) that
I can click that will bring up a history of what I have
done recently in tortoise cvs. That is the biggest
thing it is missing for me.
