#1399 History and Revision graph doesn't work for some files

I have one file in repository that when I try to get "History" or "Revisions graph" for that file TortoiseAct.exe CVSHistory starts and then exits without giving any result.
Other commands, like anotation work normally on that file.
When I run command cvs -q -f log <filename> from command line it gives me output that looks normal
Although this file is pretty large 367,116 bytes

Environment is:
Windoes XP
TortoiseCVS version 1.12.5
CVS client version: Concurrent Versions System (CVSNT) 2.5.05 (Gan) Build 3744
SSH client version: TortoisePlink Release "0.56"

Please let me know if there is any logs that can check to troublshoot this prolem further
