#2 Torsmo reporting more than 100% CPU on SMP machines

I have a Pentium 4 with Hypertheading and I am running
an SMP kernel to take advantage of this. The CPU %
usage seems to be reporting ~double what top will
report. For example, when I am using all my CPU with
several proccesses top reports 100% and Torsmo reports
~200%.
