#13 high ascii and unocde characters not supported

Apparently torsmo only works if I use standard ASCII
characters. Can you please change it to support high
ascii and UTF-8 characters as well. If I try to put
those characters in the config file the output of
torsmo is just filled with empty spaces where those
characters should be. This would be extra useful for
non-english speakers to use torsmo and also to insert
useful symbols. I want to get some arrow characters
into my network output instead of the words "up" and
"down" to save screen real estate.
