After a more than brief hiatus in development since I joined the military in late 2004, I have restarted development of this project. In Iraq of all places now, I have extra time to fill, and need to keep my mind active.

Improved functionality of the system won't be seen for a little bit, however. Looking through the source again with a fresh mind, I've found changes to the core system that I'd like to make, so those changes will be implemented first. The majority of development at this stage will be concentrated to wavecenter in API and message handling, and to waveclient and the http server in wavecenter so there exists a means to conveniently manage resources.
