Hi, I've been using TorrentSpy for a while now, mostly on
my old comp, w2k and never had a problem... But when I
wanted to run it on my new comp, with swedish xp it just
crashes before it even have a chance to do anything (I
just tested 0.2.3.22 and 0.2.4.24 with the same result...

I get this quite often on the american WinXP system too.
TorrentSpy just sometimes crashes immediately on startup.
However, if you keep trying, it eventually works. Sometimes
it works on first try. Other times, it's taken me 4 or more
tries to kickstart it. THere doesn't seem to be any pattern
    either...

Is this a "Runtime error 216 at 004037CE"? If so i'm getting
it as well. I first got it with 0.2.4.24 but then downloaded
0.2.3.22 and it worked for a bit.. but now has started to
    give the same error.

    All very wacky.

I've noticed the crash on a US WinXP Machine, to alleviate it,
I turn off HT on my P4 and seems to take care of it.
