#19 Downloaders count inaccurate

Downloader count seems always off by 1 for complete
copies (e.g. reports there are 2 complete copies when
only 1 exists in the torrent) and off by more than one
for downloaders (e.g. reports more DL then there
actually are in the torrent).

This is at initialization and on Updates (I know it
does not recalc while D/L automatically) and is consistent.
